At night, finally Arabella decided to sleep after crying for so long. Feeling that she fell asleep, Rowan slowly got up from the bed as he gently moved her away from his body. Covering her with the quilt, he kissed her forehead and watched her sleeping face for a while and sighed. Her face was wet because of the tears. His heart was aching and he didn't know what to do.

Watching her for a while, he slowly walked out of the room closing the door behind him. Then Rowan walked out of the house and checked around. He was going to go out for a while and he needed to confirm that everything was okay around their house because he was scared that something would happen to Arabella once he was away.


He felt that nothing was wrong. Feeling that, Rowan sighed and walked away from the house. Walking into the forest, he stopped where the dark forest was. Then he climbed onto the fallen tree and looked inside of the forest as he felt his body was itching to go in. He knew it, he knew that because of the damn parasite in his body, he needed to go there. Just like Arabella said that day, he also felt that there's something inside of the forest that he must find.

Waiting for a while, Rowan thought about everything. He wanted to go in and at the same time he was scared that if he would be late to come back, Arabella would go insane without seeing him in the morning. While he was thinking, suddenly, he heard a sound of someone stepping on the dry leaves as he was coming towards him. And at the same time, the whole area brightened. Rowan's eyes sharpened and he extended his claws.

His jaws thrusted forwards as his wolf let out a howl if he was preparing for a battle. Rowan growled and slowly turned back, then he saw something that he hadn't seen before. Watching the woman in front of him, his eyebrows raised unknown. He was curious and he didn't know why a woman was here at this hour. It was almost eleven at night. The woman was glowing as if she was a light


Her face was white and there was no hit of a normal werewolf or a vampire. Not even a human. He watched her as she stared at him. Then she slowly took a few steps closer to him making his heart turn cold. He didn't know this woman and he didn't know what this was so he would always attack without giving a damn about the fact that this was a woman. If he felt danger, it would be him who attacked first.

"My lord,"


Suddenly the woman lowered her head and said before kneeling in front of Rowan. As she did that, Rowan sighed and relaxed himself knowing that she was someone who knew him. But he didn't know what she was and why she looked like this. Rowan's mind filled with countless questions as he saw her but ignoring that, he spoke.

"You are here for?" he asked.

Then she raised her head and smiled at him with gratitude. Rowan's mind was filled with confusion as he watched her. She just looks like a damn walking lamp. She was glowing and he couldn't understand how she was glowing like this because he never knew about the existence of this kind of woman.

"I am from the secret guardians of the young princes of the Treral kingdom. It was me who helped the queen when she gave birth to you my lord." she uttered with a smile on her face. Secret guardians of young princes? He had never heard about it and he just simply never knew about something like that.

"We felt signs of the next crown prince's arrival. So I came here to take care of the queen until she gives birth to the prince"

Rowan's heart filled with relief as he heard what the woman said. He stared at the woman's eyes and saw the loyalty and honesty in them. So knowing that she would never harm Arabella, he smiled and nodded at her. Then the woman slowly got up from the ground and smiled at him.

"Since my lord is going back to the kingdom in six days, I will swear to take care of the queen with my whole life. The prince that she will give birth to will be the strongest king in the future," she said with a bright smile on her face. Rowan couldn't help but smile by hearing it. Of course, he would be so fucking happy to see that his son is going to be the strongest man in the future.

He felt that he was blessed with everything. He would try so fucking hard to survive at the battle and come back to Arabella. He wanted to take her back to his kingdom and make her his queen there. His people are already calling her as the queen so he wanted to make it official. Taking a deep breath, Rowan looked at the woman in front of him and nodded at her.

"I think you already know where I live, go there and be with her. I will come in the morning. If she asked about me, tell her that I went for some work" he said. Then the woman stayed without replying to him. Watching him for a while, she looked behind him in the dark forest. It was obvious that she could feel what he was thinking but he didn't mind it because he saw the loyalty of her eyes.

"My lord, once you enter there, walk straight until you find a little tunnel then go inside of it. You will find the things you want and the tunnel will not be visible to you but use your blood eyes to see it. Normal werewolves cannot see the tunnel. And be careful. Good luck!"

She said with a serious look on her face and then she closed her eyes before vanishing from his sight.

Rowan stood there and watched the empty space as she vanished. He felt that suddenly darkness covered around him as her light faded away. Rowan sighed and clenched his jaws before looking at the dark forest as he turned to it. Then watching it for a while, he jumped down from the fallen tree as he stepped into the dark forest. Then he suddenly stopped and looked back.

As Rowan looked back, he saw Lucien was standing there. His heart filled with confuse and he watched Lucien for a while as Lucien walked towards him. Rowan sighed and waited for him to come. Then Lucien came and climbed onto the fallen tree before jumping down into the dark forest. Rowan didn't know what was in Lucien's mind but seeing his face, Rowan saw the pain and regret.

"Going alone?" Lucien asked.

"Hmm" letting out a small chuckle Rowan hummed, making Lucien sigh and smile. Without walking into the forest he waited there wanting to know what Lucien's intention was coming here at this hour. Then he slowly turned his head and looked at Lucien. Lucien chuckled and looked at Rowan and then he spoke.

"Don't feel fear to leave her alone at this hour?" he asked. Hearing his question, Rowan sighed and nodded. He felt the fear of leaving Arabella at home alone, especially in this hour but now he knows that she was safe because of the one who went to her. Smiling at Lucien, he answered.

"I felt before, but now it's okay," he said. Lucien twitched his eyebrows and watched Rowan for a while with a complicated look on his face but soon he chuckled and nodded at Rowan before taking a few steps into the forest. Rowan knew that Lucien was also coming with him here. Maybe, staying with Lucien will be a strength with where he was going to go.

"There will be a tunnel and we need to enter it" following Lucien he spoke. Then Lucien suddenly stopped and looked back at Rowan. Seeing Lucien's face, Rowan saw that he was utterly confused and curious about everything but his curiosity will go away soon once they arrive at the right place.

"Tunnel? How do you at least know what's inside of this forest? No one knows it, Rowan"

Lucien said with a serious face. Of course, Lucien was right. No one knows what's inside of this forest and no one goes there. But he went there for the first time with Arabella and he knew how dangerous this forest could be but he didn't care. He would kill everything that came in front of him.

"I know it, let's go, I need to be back before the morning," he said, walking into the forest. Then Lucien groaned and nodded. Walking into the forest, he knew that Lucien was following him.
