"Rowan… enough… my stomach hurts.."

Arabella stopped Rowan from what he was doing as she placed her both hands against her belly. She felt something was not right. As she did that, Rowan immediately got off her body and picked up his shirt that he was wearing and helped Arabella to wear it.


"What's wrong?" caressing her hair he asked with a concerned tone. She looked at him and forcefully smiled before shaking her head. She didn't know what was wrong with her. With her response, she saw the way Rowan's eye turned to worried eyes. Then he sighed and immediately grabbed his pants before waiting for them. After he wore his pants he looked at her and tried to pick her up from the bed.

"What.. are you doing?" Arabella was shocked with what he did. Then he looked at her and sighed before pecking on her lips.

"Taking you to the hospital," he said.


Arabella laughed and shook her head before hitting his shoulder. What does she have to go to the hospital because of her little stomach ache? She shook her head and smiled at him. He just simply becomes too worried over simple things. Arabella couldn't understand why he was like that. He just simply treated her like a treasure.

"No need. It will be alright in a few minutes. Just don't worry, Rowan" she muttered, smiling at him. Then she kissed his cheek. Staring at her for a while, he slowly placed her on the bed again before kissing her forehead. Arabella felt that she was just blessed to be with him. She felt that if she got together with him before, her life would be so good and happy.


Rowan just simply did everything that could make her happy, she was happy to be with him and at the same time, he loved her unconditionally. Her lips curled upwards to a beautiful smile remembering the way Rowan treated her. She giggled and hugged him so tightly while kissing his neck. She was so happy.

"You sure that you don't want to go to the hospital?" Rowan asked Arabella again. She nodded at him and let go of him before pecking on his lips. Seeing the way she behaved, Rowan smiled at her and caressed her stomach for a while. Then he gently pulled himself from her and looked at her.

"AAAh…"

Suddenly, Arabella felt a sharp pain inside of her stomach and she unknowingly screamed, making Rowan become restless. She placed her hands and pressed her stomach with the pain she felt. What was happening with her? Arabella thought as she bit her lower lip and closed her eyes enduring the pain.

"Fuck… I'm taking you to the hospital!" Rowan said with an impatient voice before lifting her up. Then he just simply ran out of the house carrying her. Hugging his neck, Arabella sighed and tried so hard to endure the pain in her stomach but she couldn't. She was dazed with the pain in her stomach. She was completely dependent on Rowan's strength as her body was numb.

Without her knowing, she had dug her nails into his shoulders making him bled. Arabella didn't feel anything around her, she was in pain and her eyes were covered with tears. For the first time in her life, she felt this kind of pain. It was not normal. She had never felt this kind of pain before. She whimpered from pain and her tears didn't stop coming out of her eyes.

Soon she felt that her back hit on something soft. She hardly opened her eyes and saw Rowan was looking at her with reddened and fear filled eyes. Then she guessed that she was already in the hospital. She moved her hand and touched Rowan's hand as tears rolled down from her eyes. She felt the fear, she just simply felt the fear. She didn't want to die, she just simply didn't want to leave him.

"You'll be alright…" kissing her forehead, Rowan muttered. Arabella smiled at him and nodded. She believed him, she just believed him without a limit. Then she looked at the doctor who came to her. Looking at the doctor, Arabella sighed. She didn't know what was wrong with her but her heart was beating fast with terror.

"Let me check her. Please move" the doctor looked at Rowan and uttered. Then Rowan nodded and looked at Arabella before pulling his hand gently. She didn't want him to pull his hand from her so before he could pull it back completely she tightened the grip she had on his arm making Rowan look at her with raised eyebrows.

"You stay here…. Don't go out… okay?" She hardly managed to speak. Rowan smiled at her gently and nodded at her. Then she let go of his hand with a small smile on her face. Rowan moved away from her and stood a few feet away from the bed. Soon after the doctor started to check her.

She felt the pain while the doctor was checking her but she forced herself not to think about it. Closing her eyes, she clutched the bed sheet tightly. She bit her lower lip. Her breath became heavier and she felt the suffocating feeling inside of her chest. But she stayed strong and opened her eyes before looking at Rowan's fear filled face.

"You're pregnant.. Congratulations. And since you're giving birth to a child with strong alpha blood, you will have to suffer more than a normal she-wolf does while being pregnant. Take care of yourself, you are too weak to carry this child. Give nutrients to your body often."

"Especially don't have sex for two months.. Because if you have sex, this will be the result"

Arabella's heart covered with happiness as hundreds of emotions surged into her. She placed her hands on her belly and lowered her head to look. A smile appeared on her face and she looked at Rowan. She was just so happy, she is going to be a mother. But suddenly, something hit her mind as she remembered what the doctor said.

"Strong… alpha blood?" She asked looking at the doctor and then her eyes moved towards Rowan. She was confused. She stared at Rowan's eyes as she saw the way his eyes covered with guilt. Her heart ached. She bit her lower lip and moved her eyes from him before looking at the doctor.

"Yes, strong alpha blood. A rare one. That's why you feel this pain. It's so hard to give birth to a child with this blood but be strong and focus on your health. You will be having a powerful alpha pup" the doctor smiled at her and said. Arabella forcefully smiled at the doctor and looked at Rowan.

His emerald eyes were on her, they didn't move. He was just staring at her with both guilt and painful face. Why didn't he tell her? Is this what she hid from her all the time? Looking at him, she sighed and looked at the doctor before smiling at him. The doctor was just a new one to the pack so he didn't know about Arabella and Rowan much.

"Thank you.. I will take care of myself" stroking her belly she smiled. Then the doctor nodded at her and turned to Rowan.

"Biting on her mark will give her strength. Share your strength when she is in pain" the doctor muttered before walking out of the room leaving both Rowan and Arabella alone. After the doctor left, Arabella looked at Rowan and waited for a while before looking away. She stared out of the window and let out a deep and complicated sigh.

"Bella… listen to me? Will you?"

She heard Rowan's voice. Her eyes filled with tears and she felt so hurt.. He didn't tell her anything. They were together for so long but she didn't know who he really was.

"So.. I will never know this if I didn't get pregnant right? You never planned to tell me. Right?"

Her voice was brittle as she spoke. Tears rolled down from her eyes and she placed her hands on her belly and sighed. She couldn't understand why he didn't tell her something like that. Is it because he doesn't trust her?

"You don't trust me, Rowan?" She looked into his eyes and asked again. His eyes filled with tears but they didn't roll down, he just came to her and sat on the bed as he took her hand and caressed.
