Rowan lowered his head and looked at Arabella as she watched the sunrise with a smile on her face. She was gorgeous and lovely, his heart skipped a beat seeing how gorgeous she was. Watching her for a while, he also turned his head and looked at the way the sun rises but his mind was a mess.

He still couldn't find a way to save her, it was just simply out of the expectations. He saw it, he saw the way her body turned pale and weak day by day. He couldn't understand why Arabella's brother and mother still didn't find out about the thing which was happening with her. He sometimes wanted to tell them but remembering that Arabella didn't want anyone to let know this, he forced himself not to.


"Rowan, what are you thinking?" he heard her. With a small smile on his lips, he wrapped his arm around her waist and hugged her tightly. How can he say that he was thinking about the parasite inside of her body?

"Nothing," he muttered. Then she hummed and rested her head on his shoulder again. She was enjoying the view and seeing her satisfied face, Rowan was relieved. He just wanted nothing but to make her happy.

"Don't think about it Rowan. Everyone dies one day" her words stunned him. His heart tightened and he looked at her. Then she looked at him and smiled before moving away from his body. She knew that she was going to die, and that made his heart tremble. She was just living with death.


Not knowing when and where she would die, she just lived with the death. He clenched his jaws and stared at her eyes before looking at her cherry like lips. He wanted to kiss her but he would not do it knowing that she still didn't have the heart to be with him.

"I'll find a way" he swore looking into her eyes. She shook her head and bit her lower lip as the tears suppressed her eyes. Then she placed her both hands against his chest and looked at him with a forceful smile.


"No need." she muttered and let out a deep sigh before lowering her head again. Seeing the way she hesitated to take his help. He chuckled and pulled her to him. She looked up at her and bit her lower lip. Looking at her lips he felt his heartbeat was going insane, then he just simply lowered his head and pressed his lips against hers.

"Rowan.." she mumbled against his lips but he didn't want to pull himself away from her. Then slowly Arabella's arms moved upwards through his chest and slowly wrapped around his neck as she also kissed him back.

His heart was beating fast, he didn't know how to describe the feeling he was feeling right now. It was just somewhat similar to the day she kissed him when they were in the forest. But at that time, she was not in her right mind.

"Mmphh.." she moaned against his mouth, then traveled her fingertips through his hair giving him a comfortable feeling. He smiled and placed his hand gently on the back of her neck and deepened the kiss. Gently biting her lower lip, he parted her lips and pushed his tongue inside of her mouth gaining another moan from her.

Arabella's body was pressed against his, he could feel her perky breasts against his firm chest as they kissed. Moving her hands from his hair, she gripped his strong shoulders as their kiss became passionate. Rowan felt his wolf was addicted to Arabella, he was howling inside of him and pushing him to her. He wanted to have her and claim her as his but Rowan was not going to do that.

He just didn't want to lose Arabella by making mistakes. He was dangerously patient, he was waiting for the right time. Just like she responded to his kiss now, he knew that she would give herself to him and until she gave herself to him without a regret, he would wait patiently and won't mess up anything.

Breaking the kiss between them, he looked at her. Even though they broke the kiss, a thin saliva line of them was connected to each other. Wiping Arabella's lips, Rowan smiled. A blush appeared on her face and she bit her lower lip before lowering her eyes from him. He couldn't help but smile, she was shy and she was simply so cute.

"Time is up. Let's go?" caressing her hair, he asked her. Without answering him as soon as he spoke. She waited for a while, then letting out a deep sigh, she nodded at him before getting up from the ground. As she got up, Rowan looked at her still shy and blushing face.

"Why are you shy, Arabella? This is not the first time we kissed" he chuckled while getting up from the ground. He took her hand and watched her face for a while but she was still looking down. Without bullying her, he walked away as he climbed down from the mountain with her.

"You're going with me or your house?" While they were walking, Rowan lowered his head and looked at Arabella as he asked. Then she looked up at him with a small smile on his face. He sighed in relief, she finally looked at him after lowering her head for a long time shyly.

"With you" she muttered. He smiled and nodded at her. Then they walked holding each other's hands. As they walked towards the path where Rowan's house was. Arabella's heart clenched seeing both Lucien and Milena. She looked at Milena as she saw the proud look on her face.

Soon, Milena's lips curled upwards to a smirk seeing Arabella. She moved closer to Lucien and wrapped her arm tightly around his as if she possessed him completely. Watching Milena's show for a while, she looked up at Rowan who was already looking down at her. Ignoring the hurt and betrayed feeling in her heart, she smiled at him and hugged his arm.

"Good morning Arabella" walking towards them, Milena said dramatically. Rowan's eyes turned cold. He stared at the disgusting woman in front of him and looked at Arabella's face. He didn't want Arabella to get hurt knowing that she's still trying to let go of everything.

"See Lucien, Arabella and Rowan" without letting them slip away, Milena said, looking at Lucien with a sweet smile. Rowan looked at Lucien and he didn't miss the way those blue eyes fell on Arabella. Even though Lucien wanted her back, there's no way for him to get her now because she was already his.

"Where did you two go?" again Milena asked. She gazed at Arabella and clenched her jaws unknowingly. Rowan didn't move his eyes from Milena. He saw the way Milena clenched her jaws and curled her fists to balls looking at Arabella.

But she knew how to fake her smile well. Even though she spoke with a smile, her eyes were filled with hatred and anger which was aimed at Arabella. Rowan couldn't understand why even after she got Lucien from Arabella.

"We went to watch the sunrise together. You should also try with him" Arabella's answer shocked him. He lowered his head subconsciously and looked at her, then she also looked up at him and smiled.

"Please excuse us.." Arabella again muttered before walking away pulling Rowan along with her. Turning his face, he looked at Lucien. His eyes were red and his jaws were clenched as he looked at Arabella. Moving his eyes from Lucien, he gazed at Milena. But to his surprise, she was looking at him instead of looking at Arabella.

Seeing her weird and disgusting eyes, Rowan looked away and wrapped his arm around Arabella's waist as he walked towards his house. Then he entered the house with her and closed the door behind him shutting down the whole world.

"I'll make breakfast" she said and let go of his arm as she walked towards the kitchen. He hummed hearing her and then walked upstairs. Walking into his room, he entered the washroom. Then grabbed a shower before changing into comfortable pants with a t-shirt.
