  Lucifer

She looked breathtakingly gorgeous. The dress she wore was flawless.

  It fitted her frame perfectly.

Then she looked up at me and her eyes captivated me to the point of paralysis.

Her makeup looked amazing but she looked 10x better without it.

She gave me a smile and I felt all of my emotions trying to pour through a tiny crack in my walls.

She reached over to me and laughed quietly at my reaction.

  I was astonished.

"Dude, don't drool." She said and I quickly composed myself.

  Get it together, Lucifer.

I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to me, resting my forehead against hers.

"You look amazing." I told her seriously and her cheeks went up in flames.

"Thank you." She smiled shyly and I smirked.

Then a there was a flash and a camera sound, making us both look up.

Dale stood with his phone in his hands, looking like a deer caught in the headlights.

"My bad." He grinned sheepishly before quickly walking away.

I shook my head in amusement and looked back at her.

I placed my lips on hers, kissing her slowly and she pulled away.

She looked at my lips and laughed.

"Didn't know you liked lipstick." She said and I raised an eyebrow at her.

She opened her purse and pulled out a small mirror before handing it to me.

I looked at my face and chuckled deeply.

Her dark lipstick was now on my lips. Shaking my head, I gave it back to her and pulled her back to me.

  "Ready?" I asked her.

"Yes, Satan." She grinned and I chuckled, taking her hand in mine and leading her outside.

"Don't use protection!" Dale shouted from the front door and she turned around with a horrified expression.

I smirked and opened the door for her, closing it when she got in.

Then I walked around and got in, myself. Once I was inside, I saw her struggling to fix her dress.

I helped her, spreading it so that it wasn't bulked up and suffocating for her.

She gave me an appreciative smile and I pecked her lips before leaning back in my seat.

Pulling out my phone and made sure that all safety measures were taken.

Once it was confirmed, I placed my phone back in my pocket before glancing at her.

I wondered if I did the right thing by inviting her tonight.

This fucking Ball could be so dangerous sometimes.

But I know that I can protect her. Nothing could stop me from protecting her.

She grabbed my hand and squeezed it reassuringly, probably seeing that I was thinking.

I sighed and watched as we pulled into the grand gates of the building.

My driver pulled up to the large stairs outside where a red carpet laid.

There were barriers and behind them were raging paparazzi.

They always showed up here trying, their best to get a word from each Mafia.

But they always left here empty-handed.

My driver got out and opened the door for Blair.

I helped her get out before I did so myself.

I walked around the car and took her hand in mine before nodding to my driver and leading her up the stairs.

I wrapped an arm around her waist as cameras flashed, probably blinding her.

"Ma'am, are you a girlfriend or a fling?" One of them asked.

"What's your name, Ma'am?" Another questioned.

"Are you aware that this man has killed over a town's worth of people?" Asked another.

Thankfully, she ignored them. Otherwise I'd have to kill every one of them.

We reached to the top of the stairs and the doors opened for us.

We went inside and were immediately met by the soft sound of elegant music.

The sound of deep chatter could be heard as many people stood in the Ballroom.

But once they heard the doors close, everyone looked up.

All the lustful eyes of the men here fell onto Blair and I felt her shift uncomfortably.

Rolling my eyes, I pulled out my gun and aimed it at them.

Their stares immediately retreated and I sighed, looking down at her to find her staring up at me in amusement.

"Jealous, Santiago?" She asked with a smirk on her face.

"Yes." I rolled my eyes and kissed the side of her head before leading her further into the room.

  "Lucifer!" A woman's voice called.

I looked up and found my mother's old friend waving me over.

Amelia Mayes. She was stunning for her age. Her husband was at the top of the Mafia list,

  Just above mine.

I nodded at her and walked over, walking at Blair's pace so that she doesn't trip.

"It's great to see you, my boy." She said, pulling me into a hug.

I tried my best not to react to it. After some time she pulled away and looked at Blair.

"Ms. Miller, I suppose?" Amelia asked Blair.

"Yes." She replied, flashing Amelia one of her charming smiles.

That's one of the things that had me wrapped right around her little finger.

Amelia smiled brightly at her, then went back to talking to the ladies who stood infront of her.

"Want a drink?" I asked, turning to Blair.

She nodded rather quickly and I smirked before shaking my head.

"Wait here for me?" I asked her and she nodded before kissing my cheek.

I gave her a small smile before walking away and going over to the large bar they had.

I ordered our drinks and waited while they poured them.

"Lucifer." A voice I hated, oh so much, called from behind me.

"Rykiel." I replied coldly. "Why are you here?" I asked, turning to face him.

"Can't a man enjoy his life?" He asked, smiling innocently.

Rykiel was the leader of the Rykers. This means that my men had failed to track his correct location.

Then again, he's known for his ability to keep himself in the shadows.

No one outside of this building knows who he is.

"It's been a while, Nephew." He said with a sick grin and I massaged my temple.

This is going to be one, long fucking night.
