  Blair

The sound of talking pulled me out of my sleep. I laid there, trying to understand what was going on.

"No. That's bullshit. Kill them all. Now." I heard Zayn speaking lowly.

I opened my eyes and was immediately met by pure darkness.

It had to be at least 12 am, judging by the soft music playing next door.

Within the darkness though, I could see Zayn pacing back and forth with his phone to his ear.

"I'll do it myself." He said before hanging up and throwing the phone.

It landed on the wall, smashing into a million pieces as I crumbled to the floor.

"Now I know why you needed a new one." I mumbled, catching his attention.

He walked over to me and placed his hand on my forehead.

  "Better." He stated.

"Who was that?" I asked and he stared at me.

"Business." He replied bluntly and I sighed, closing my eyes again.

"I have to leave." He said and I opened my eyes again.

"Why?" I asked and he smirked.

"I have a house." He answered and I rolled my eyes.

"Can I come?" I asked, knowing that I won't be able to go back to sleep.

"You're sick." He stated and I frowned.

  "Oh." I replied sadly.

"I have somewhere to go." He said, cupping my face. "But I can drop you off at mine?" He asked.

I grinned and nodded frantically and he pulled the covers off of me.

He helped me up and carried me downstairs. Before we went outside, he took off his jacket.

"I don't want you getting sicker." He said emotionlessly, holding it up for me.

"Who said Lucifer didn't have a heart?" I said and he gave me a blank look.

I laughed quietly and put it on before opening the door.

We walked out to his jeep and he opened the door for me before closing it.

He walked around and got in on his side.

I leaned my head against the door and stared at him as he started driving.

We didn't make it down the street before something started beeping.

He pulled out another phone, confusing me.

He clicked on something and held it to up his ear and his eyes darkened.

Faint talking could be heard on the other side of the phone and soon, he hung up.

Speeding through the streets, he looked angry.

"What's wrong?" I asked and he didn't even look at me.

"Lucifer." I called and he looked over at me briefly.

"Don't worry about it." He said, brushing me off.

I sighed and turned away, leaning my head on the glass of the window and looking outside.

The ride was silent and when we finally stopped, it was nowhere close to his house.

It was an abandoned looking building, that only looked creepier under the moonlight.

Most of the windows were broken and there were no doors.

"Why-" He cut me off rudely by exiting the car.

He walked straight over to the building, not even glancing in my direction.

The last thing he did before he entered, was pull out his gun.

I didn't want to stay in the car because...the car is no fun.

So I slid out of the jeep and made my way over to the building.

I stopped around the corner and peeped inside, but I couldn't see anything.

I walked in slowly and silently, only to be pulled into a chest.

"Hey, Baby." An unfamiliar voice said.

My heart raced and I ripped myself away from him, backing away.

"What're you doing in a place like this?" He asked and I didn't respond.

"Answer me, Bitch!" He shouted, charging at me.

I closed my eyes and jumped when I heard gunshots.

"God dammit, Blair." I heard Zayn's voice mumble.

I opened my eyes again and once I saw him, I ran over to him and hugged him.

He sighed and kissed my head before pulling away from me and walking over to a door.

"Come." He said and I walked over to him.

He pushed open the door and peered in, scanning the room.

Walking in, he immediately started firing his gun in different directions.

I watched as bullets came from all over the room, meaning there were more people in there.

Zayn looked at me and without warning, he pushed me back and entered the room,

  Slamming the door shut.

My eyes widened in shock and fear as I stood there frozen, listening to the exchange of gunfire.

It was one against God knows how many.

I was shitting bricks when I heard It stop and I backed up as footsteps approached the door.

It swung open and Zayn walked out slowly. He walked funny and that's when I realized what was wrong.

He got shot in his stomach. Blood stained his shirt and he gripped it.

His face was emotionless, making it hard for me to tell if he was in pain or not.

"Zayn! We need to get you to a hospital!" I said, wrapping an arm around his waist.

"No." He said casually, as if he wasn't bleeding right now.

"I don't care what you say, Lucifer. I'm taking you to a hospital whether you like it or not." I said, helping him walk.

He stared down at me coldly and I looked up at him with a daring look.

Shaking his head, he sighed and opened the passenger side door, sliding in.

Grinning, I skipped around the jeep happily until I realized that this wasn't the right time to be happy.

I opened the door and sat down, staring at the steering wheel for a while.

"Wait. I can't drive." I said, shaking my head.

I looked over at Zayn who looked back at me in amusement.

I shook my head again and pressed the button that started the car.

Okay Blair, breathe. All those Fast and Furious movies weren't for nothing.

And I switched the gear to Drive.
