Tiger, Sarah, and Derrick watched from miles away as Bobby was arrested at the airport on the news. They all sighed in unison, breaking the heavy silence that had enveloped them.

Sarah said, her voice trembling a little, "He's finally behind bars," her terror of Bobby's threats having finally subsided.

Derrick placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "It's over, Sarah. We can finally move on."

Tiger experienced a sense of satisfaction that overcame his first feelings of regret for betraying his former boss. His voice was low as he said, "He brought this on himself. He used all of us, and then tried to have us silenced. We did the right thing."

Sarah nodded, her gaze shifting to the TV screen as Bobby was escorted away in handcuffs. "Yes," she answered as her voice grew louder. "We did."

Tiger finally met their gazes. ""I..." With a voice full of emotion, he remarked, "I'm relieved this is over. I never thought I'd see the day."

Sarah extended her hand to put her hand on his arm in a compassionate and forgiving gesture.. "It took courage, Tiger," she said gently. "You did the right thing."

Derrick let out a humorless chuckle. "Yeah, who knew the big bad Tiger would be the one to bring him down?"

Tiger's lip corner twitched with a smile. "Don't push your luck, Derrick," he remarked, displaying a trace of his former lighthearted manner.

There was a long pause in which the news report was softly murmuring. It would take time for the emotional wounds caused by years of dread, deceit, and uncertainty to heal.

"What now?" Derrick finally asked, his voice laced with a hint of cautious optimism.

Sarah looked at him, her eyes filled with a newfound determination. "We rebuild," she said. "We rebuild our lives, our company, and our sense of security. We take back what Bobby stole from us."

Derrick smiled, a genuine smile that reached his eyes. "Sounds like a plan." With his warm touch, he pulled Sarah into a tight hug that calmed her strained nerves.

Tiger observed them, a hint of jealousy passing over his features. He had lost a lot too, his loyalty to Bobby ultimately leading him down a dark path.

However, it was an opportunity for a fresh start, a chance to start again with integrity and honesty.

Declaring in a genuine voice, "I want to make things right, Sarah, Derrick. I can help you rebuild the company, tell the investors the whole truth." Tiger said.

Sarah released herself from Derrick's embrace and studied Tiger's face. She saw regret in his eyes, but also a genuine desire to atone for his past mistakes.

"We can talk about that," she said cautiously. "But first, we need time to heal."

Tiger nodded in understanding. He knew that trust, once broken, took time to mend. But he was willing to wait, to prove his loyalty with actions, not just words.

Sarah, Derrick, and Tiger sat in cozy silence as the news story came to a close, the burden of the past gradually falling off their shoulders. With a renewed sense of hope, the unknown future stretched out before them.

It was time to rebuild now that they had weathered the storm. Though they still had a ways to go, they were no longer by themselves. For the time being, having each other was more than enough.

Their peaceful conversation was cut short when the phone rang. When Sarah lifted it up and saw the strange number, her brow furrowed a little. "Hello?"

A husky, well-known voice came through the receiver. "Sarah, my dear. It's Mr. Black."

Sarah's eyes widened in surprise. "Mr. Black! It's so good to hear from you. How are you?"

"I'm well, Sarah," Mr. Black chuckled warmly. "However, there's a more significant issue. I would like to send out an invitation. Can you and Derrick come over to my house tonight for a little get-together?"

Sarah exchanged a hesitant glance with Derrick. "A get together? Why?"

"Consider it a celebration," Mr. Black replied. "A celebration of your resilience and the return of peace. And of course, there will be delicious food."

Derrick grinned. "Food? You had me at 'celebration'." He winked at Sarah.

"Alright, Mr. Black," Sarah conceded, a smile tugging at her lips. "We'd love to come."

"Excellent! I'll be expecting you around seven," Mr. Black said with another chuckle. "And Sarah, dear? Perhaps dress comfortably… there might be a few surprises."

The call ended, leaving Sarah and Derrick with a mix of curiosity and excitement. "A surprise, huh?" Derrick mused, raising an eyebrow.

It might be anything, knowing Mr. Black, Sarah commented with a lighthearted sparkle in her eyes.

The expansive estate of Mr. Black was illuminated by warm light coming through the windows when Sarah and Derrick arrived later that evening.

A scream of excitement surrounded them as they exited the vehicle. Laughter, excited chatter, and cheerful music filled the air.

The sight in front of Sarah caused her to exhale sharply and cover her mouth with her hand. It turned the large backyard into a joyous retreat.

Under the twinkling fairy lights, a crowd of joyful faces was illuminated by a cozy warmth. All those who had supported them through their difficult times - friends, family, colleagues - gathered in clusters, their expressions radiating genuine joy.

In the midst of the crowd, tears forming in her eyes, Sarah's father stood with his arms tightly holding two lively bundles of pure happiness.

Sarah felt her heart jump with joy as she saw her twin boys, who were just under a year old, gazing up at their grandfather with big, inquisitive eyes.

With Derrick following closely, Sarah hurried towards them while tears were streaming down her cheeks. "Dad!" she said, throwing her arms around her father and giving him a firm embrace. He held her close as a tear rolled down his cheek.

"Dad!" Sarah sobbed and jumped into his arms. As she held him close, tears fell down her face.

He blurted out, "There you are," his voice filled with sorrow. "Thank God you're safe."

Sarah pulled back, wiping away her tears. "I'm so glad to see you, Dad. How did you find out?"

"Tiger called me," he explained, gesturing towards a sheepish Tiger standing nearby. "He told me about the threats, and I knew I had to get you and the boys somewhere safe. So I packed a bag and disappeared."

A wave of gratitude washed over Sarah. Even though she had been angry with him initially for not being there, she understood his fear. She turned to Tiger, a small smile playing on her lips.

"Thank you, Tiger," she said. "For everything."

Tiger just nodded, his eyes showing a tinge of pride.

He murmured, "Sarah, my sweet girl," in a deeply emotional whisper. "Thank God you're safe."

As they pulled apart, Sarah's gaze met her twins'. Their tiny features were scowling as they tried to process the flood of feelings that had overtaken their mother. Sarah hugged them both and put kisses on them, saying, "Hello, my babies," with a loving expression.

Derrick's friends welcomed him with a hug from behind Sarah. His detective friend, Sam, yelled, "Derrick, son, we're so proud of you," and gave him a firm back pat.

The reunion went on, a symphony of joyful voices and warm conversations. Sarah told Derrick about the friends and coworkers who had supported them, told stories, and expressed their appreciation.

The air was filled with stories and laughter as the evening went on.

Later, finding a quiet corner with Derrick, Sarah turned to him, her eyes sparkling with happiness. "This is amazing, isn't it?"

Derrick wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close. "It's perfect," he murmured, his voice filled with contentment. "And to think, Mr. Black orchestrated all of this."

Sarah chuckled. "He does have a way of surprising people."

Then, a mischievous glint appeared in Derrick's eyes. "Speaking of surprises, how about we get a little surprise of our own started, huh?"

He leaned down, his lips brushing her ear. Sarah smiled, a blush creeping up her cheeks. She muttered, "I think that's a wonderful idea."

The music rose and the audience erupted in cheers as they melted into a kiss. The future, which was full of promise for a fresh start, extended before them in the early hours of the night.

The laughter reached a fever pitch as Sarah watched Derrick clumsily attempt the Macarena, his normally composed demeanor abandoned in the spirit of celebration. Suddenly, a familiar shriek cut through the air.

"Sarah! Look who's here!"

With a playful sparkle in her eyes, Sarah turned to see Didi, her best friend, running towards her. Didi was like a sister to Sarah; she was a flurry of activity and contagious laughter.

Her younger sister Olivia, a shy but devoted person who never failed to surprise her with kind words, followed closely following Sarah.

A beautiful cake with swirls of exquisite frosting and the words "Congratulations on your New Beginnings!" were held in their arms.

Sarah let out a breathless gasp. A piece of artistic expression, the cake represented sweetness in the midst of their turbulent existence.

"Didi, Olivia, this is incredible!" Sarah exclaimed, pulling them both into a hug. "Thank you so much."
