The elderly man gave Sarah a nervous glance, showing no sign of emotion in his eyes. He continued, "You may call me Mr. Black," in a voice that scared Sarah more. "And as for what I want from you, I'll tell you at the end of this.."

Sarah's heart beat faster as she tried to make sense of the situation. Who was this man, and why had he kidnapped her? The questions were too many in her mind, but before she could say anything, the old man began to speak.

"Sarah, I know this must be confusing for you," Mr. Black said, his voice low and gravelly. "But there are things you need to know – things about your past, your family."

Sarah's brow furrowed in confusion. "My past? What do you mean?"

Mr. Black took a deep breath, his gaze never leaving hers. "Your mother, Sarah. She was a remarkable woman – a journalist who dedicated her life to uncovering the truth, no matter the cost."

Sarah's heart skipped a beat at the mention of her mother. She had always wondered about her, but her father had been tight-lipped about her past, leaving Sarah with more questions than answers.

'How do you know my mother?" Sarah asked. She couldn't trust so easily, but this was her past related. The same past Tiger told her to figure out.

Mr. Black looked at Sarah a sad expression, his eyes betraying filled with sorrow and regret. "Your mother, Sarah, she was my daughter," he admitted, his voice heavy.

Sarah's eyes widened in shock at the news. Her mind moved with the realization that the mysterious old man standing before her was not only connected to her past but was also her grandfather.

"You're... you're my grandfather?" Sarah whispered, her voice barely above a breath as she struggled to understand how big this information was.

Mr. Black nodded, a sad smile playing at the corners of his lips. "Yes, Sarah. I am your grandfather – your mother's father. And I've spent years regretting the decisions I made that led to her untimely demise."

Sarah's heart ached at the pain in her grandfather's eyes. She had spent her entire life longing for answers about her mother, and now, they were finally beginning to open before her eyes.

"But why didn't you ever reach out to me before?" Sarah asked, her voice filled with curiosity. "Why did you leave me to grow up without knowing about my own family?"

Mr. Black sighed, his shoulders slumping with the weight of his regret. "I thought I was protecting you, Sarah. After your mother's death, I knew that Marshall Briggs would stop at nothing to silence anyone who knew the truth. I couldn't bear the thought of putting you in danger, so I made the difficult decision to keep my distance."

Sarah's mind raced with conflicting emotions – anger, confusion, and a deep sense of longing for the family she had never known. She couldn't deny the pain of growing up without a mother or a grandfather, but she also understood the sacrifices that had been made to keep her safe.

"I wish you had told me sooner," Sarah admitted, her voice barely above a whisper as tears filled up in her eyes. "I've spent my whole life searching for answers, only to find myself feeling so lost and empty."

Mr. Black reached out and gently wiped away her tears. "I'm so sorry, Sarah. I never wanted you to suffer because of my mistakes. But now that you know the truth, I promise to do everything in my power to protect you and your sons from Bobby Briggs' wrath."

Sarah nodded, her heart heavy with the weight of their shared pain and loss. But she also felt a glimmer of hope – hope for a future where she could finally uncover the truth about her mother's death and find the closure she had been searching for all her life.

"What happened to her?" Sarah asked, her voice barely above a whisper as she braced herself for the truth.

Mr. Black's expression softened, a hint of sadness flickering in his eyes. "Your mother was killed, Sarah. She was murdered by a man named Marshall Briggs – the same man who family has been terrorizing you and your family."

Sarah's breath caught in her throat as the weight of his words sank in. Her mother, murdered for simply seeking the truth. It was a reality too painful to understand.

"I'm so sorry, Sarah," Mr. Black said, his voice filled with genuine remorse. "I wish I could have protected her, but I was too late."

Sarah felt a lump form in her throat as tears filled her eyes. The pain of losing her mother, the unanswered questions about her past – it was all too much to bear.

"Why are you telling me this now?" Sarah whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

Mr. Black reached out and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Because, Sarah, you need to understand the danger you're in. Bobby Briggs is not someone to be trifled with. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, and I fear that you and your family are his next targets."

Sarah's mind raced with fear and uncertainty. If what Mr. Black said was true, then she and her sons were in grave danger. And what did he want from her? She already fell into Bobby's trap. Was that why he was being so cruel towards her?

"I need your help, Sarah," Mr. Black said, his voice urgent. "I need you to help me bring Bobby Briggs to justice – to ensure that no one else suffers at his hands."

Sarah's head spun with the weight of his words. She had never imagined herself getting involved in something so dangerous, but she couldn't ignore how big of the situation actually is.

"What do you need me to do?" Sarah asked, her voice steady despite the fear growing at her insides.

Mr. Black leaned in closer, his eyes burning with determination. "I need you to testify against Bobby Briggs – to tell the world the truth about what he's done. With your testimony, we can finally bring him to justice and put an end to his reign of terror."

Sarah's heart pounded in her chest as she considered Mr. Black's request. It was a havy task, one that could put her and her family in even greater danger. But if it meant seeking justice for her mother and protecting her sons, then she knew she had to do it.

"I'll do it," Sarah said, her voice unwavering despite the fear coursing through her veins. "I'll testify against Bobby Briggs."

Mr. Black's eyes softened with gratitude as he squeezed her hand gently. "Thank you, Sarah. You're doing the right thing – for your mother, for yourself, and for your sons."

As Sarah sat there, her mind dealing with the weight of her decision, Mr. Black began to explain the next steps in their plan. They would need to gather evidence, build a case, and ensure Sarah's safety throughout the process.

But as they spoke, Sarah couldn't shake the feeling of being trapped again. What if Bobby gets ahold of her kids and never let her go?.

Hours passed in a blur as they discussed their strategy, their voices hushed with the weight of they had to do. Sarah's head turned with the weight of it all, but deep down, she knew that she had made the right decision.

As the sun began to set, Mr. Black stood up from his chair, his expression solemn yet determined. "We have a long road ahead of us, Sarah," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "But together, I know we can bring Bobby Briggs to justice and ensure that your family is safe once and for all."

Sarah nodded, her heart heavy with the weight of their mission. She knew that the road ahead would be fraught with danger and uncertainty, but she also knew that she couldn't turn her back on the truth – not when so much was at stake.

With a newfound sense of determination, Sarah rose to her feet and faced Mr. Black with steely resolve. "Let's do this," she said, her voice echoing with conviction. "For my mother, for my sons, and for justice."

"Thank you, Grandfather," Sarah said, her voice filled with gratitude. "For telling me the truth, for being here for me now. I may not have had a family before, but I'm grateful to have you in my life now."

Mr. Black pulled her into a tight embrace, his arms enveloping her with a warmth that she had longed for her entire life. In that moment, Sarah knew that many challenges may lay ahead, but she would face them with the strong support of her newfound family, Didi, her grandfather and her two bundle of joy.

'But wait. Is Bobby Duke Bobby Briggs?" Sarah asked after their hug.

Mr Black sighed. 'Yes. The same person. His real name is Bobby Briggs. Everything about them is so complicated. We'll talk about that later. Whats been going on with you?"
