He never likes the idea of me wearing these kinds of dresses. He always prefers normal jeans and top even for a party. For him, these dresses are exposing his beautiful wife's body unnecessary and he is the one who has the right to see his wife's every part, not other bustard but being stubborn, I used to wear these kinds of dress for the occasion and he was there for me to protect me from the prying eyes.

But today he is not coming with us and I thought it's a benefit for me. I can enjoy my time with my friends, as being not surrounding by my possessive husband.


When I was about to go out he stopped me in my midway by asking where I am going wearing nothing but this baby dress.

That's how the heated argument started between us which ended up in the bed him tearing my dress into pieces and the rest of the things are history. That dress literally caught my heart. I let out a defeated sigh.

He bid his goodbye then disconnected the call and set the phone on the nightstand. He kissed my forehead and lifted my chin to look at him.

I peek opened my one eye wanting to sleep more but this bastard hovered over me and started to attack his lips over mine ready for next round. He didn't get enough of me. Don't blame him, me either.


It's our fifth month's wedding anniversary. Every month he gave me a different gift making me feel special and wonderful. He is treating me like I'm his Queen. No wonder he is my King.

Days and weeks rolled over and it's our exams times which I hate the more. Two more exams then we are free from college.

As I was studying my ass out for my exams, I felt a little dizzy and clutched the table for my support. "Hey! Are you okay?" Kayish concerned voice made me look at his face.

"Yeah! I'm fine." I gave him a small nod and flipped another page but even before I read the sentence the book was closed by him. I looked at him not knowing what to say.

"You have enough time to prepare for your exam, now get some rest." He said and lifted me on his arm in bridal style and laid me on the bed.

"You are not well, you look so pale. You lost some of your weight too." He pointed out.

I know I am not well and continuously throwing up whatever I'm eating. I even took the pregnancy test but the results were negative. He has no idea, me throwing up everything that I'm eating.

Nowadays he acts so strangely, he barely spends his time with me. He comes home later night and left early morning saying he is busy with his project works.

"Get some sleep. I will cook your favourite crab soup." He planted a soft kiss on my forehead and walked out of the room before shut the door behind him.

The mention of crab soup brought a giddy feeling inside my stomach and I felt nausea. I covered my mouth and ran towards the bathroom once again to clean my stomach. I flushed the toilet and rinsed my mouth before getting out of the bathroom.

I looked at my appearance in the mirror and furrowed my brows. He was right, I lost some weight. Is it because of exam fever? But I had my exams fever every semester but I didn't lose any weight, Am I?

I walked towards our bed in a slummed shoulder like a zombie. When my head hit the pillow I drifted off into a peaceful slumber.

I finished my exam one hour before as I planned. I'm going to utilize this time for my body check-up without his knowledge.

Kayish doesn't know anything about this. I told him that I'm going to grocery shopping since we are running out of vegetables and other things.

First, he insisted to wait for him but after a long time of convincing him that I will be in one hour, he said a mere 'okay' but it seems he will change his mind anytime soon.

Now I have two hours to finish my work. I hurried my way to the hospital and asked Claire to do a grocery shopping for me. After hearing her yes I sent her a list of items and hung the phone.

It took me more time to finish all the formalities as filling the form and other stuff but I finished my body check-up on time.

After collecting the things from Claire, I headed towards our apartment thinking how I am going to face him but my luck he is not here.

I set all the things in their respective place and headed towards our bedroom. I did nothing but I feel tired already.

He is not home yet and I am glad I made this without his knowledge. He is overprotective when it comes to me. If he gets any hints about my health issues it may affect his studies too. I don't want to bother him.

Only one more exam then we will be free. I smiled at the thoughts and laid on the bed. "Hey wake up." I heard his voice while his thumb caressing my bottom lips.

He set the tray on the bedside table and stroked my hair gently. He never gives up until I eat so I gave up and we both started to eat our dinner.

"Miss. Kader, could you please come and get your report?" I received the call from the hospital where I took my body check-up.

"Okay." I said and glanced at the wall clock. It's 6 in the evening and tomorrow I have one exam to get over. Kayish raised his eyebrows at me noticing the confusing state I was into. I shook my head and gave him a warm smile.

"Could you please courier this," I asked hopefully. After a mini silent, the nurse asked my address and hung the phone.
