These brothers—one a controlling, cold-blooded cheater, the other an obsessive, unhinged stalker.

And somehow I'd gotten tangled up with both of them.

I couldn't just sit around waiting for disaster.

I returned to the bedroom and locked the door.

From a hidden compartment in the closet, I retrieved a burner phone and a mini computer.

I'd brought them from my studio before the divorce as a precaution, never thinking I'd actually need them.

I powered them up and connected to an encrypted network.

Brandon Shaw. Brian Shaw.

If you brothers won't let me live in peace, then none of us will have peace.

I flexed my fingers, my eyes cold and focused on the screen.

Brian was easy enough to handle, but Brandon—that cunning fox wouldn't back down until he felt real pain.

I needed to make Brandon suffer first.

I typed line after line of code, targeting the Shaw Group's core database.

If he wanted to play games, I'd show him what a real game looked like.

Just as I hit the execute button, I heard a rhythmic tapping at my window.

I peered out to see a figure hiding in the camera's blind spot.

"Anna!" Brian waved excitedly.

He tossed something up to me.

I unfolded it—a rope ladder.

"Hurry down! I'll get you out of here!" he called.

After a quick assessment, I decided Brian was the lesser of two evils right now.

Time to go.

I secured the ladder and quickly descended from the second floor.

"How did you get Brandon out of the way?"

Brian grinned, flashing perfect white teeth.

"I set his factory on fire!"

Me: ...

Our escape alerted the bodyguards.

Brian threw me over his shoulder and ran, shoving me into a car waiting at the back gate.

The moment I was inside, the car shot forward like a bullet.

"Brian's not in the car!"

I saw Brian being tackled by bodyguards and tried to stop the driver.

"The young master said to ensure your escape above all else."

"But—"

Fine. Like master, like servant.

I collapsed against the seat, exhaling deeply, but my heart continued racing.

Brandon must be absolutely livid by now.

Not only had I escaped, but his factory was burning, and soon he'd discover his company's core data was being systematically destroyed.

I glanced back instinctively and spotted a car following us closely.

Behind the wheel was none other than Brandon Shaw, his face contorted with rage!
