Kellan
I slip my free hand around Elsie’s waist and place our drink orders. I feel her every muscle tense beneath my touch. I enjoy the way her body responds to me. The moment my eyes saw Elsie, a desire took over me. It was those eyes. They drew me in instantly. I wanted her, and I always get what I want.
I am behaving tonight. I am usually more brutal and upfront with a person who I am interested in. My siblings don’t get to see that side of me, and I would rather keep it that way. No matter who they are, the people in my life only get to see what I want them to see. No one in this world knows me entirely. I prefer it that way. It makes you vulnerable if people know everything. I don’t do vulnerable.

I would continue to play it cool but find subtle ways to show her I am interested. That will be easier said than done since I am not used to being like this. I can do it for one night.
“Your drinks,” The sound of the barmaid’s voice pulled me out of my thought, “Thank you,” I responded.
She smiles at me, and I hand her the cash. When I did, she purposely brushes her hand to mine.
“You are welcome, handsome.” she purrs.
I ignore her advances, turning my attention to Elsie and hand her drink to her.
“Enjoy, sweetness,” I wink, “Thank you,” she replies gently.

Elsie lifts her glass to her lips and took a sip. When she moves it away, she licks her lips. My grip on the bar suddenly tightens—God, what I would do to kiss those lips.
“Your change,” The barmaid’s voice interrupts us again. I groan, annoyed before I look at her. She hands me my change, but not only that, but I notice a slip of paper also, with I assume her phone number.
“Call me if you want to hook up,” she whispers.
I am used to women hitting on me, even though most of the time, I am not interested. It takes a particular type of woman to grab my attention. And it has nothing to do with looks. I don’t have a specific type. Sex, to me, needs to be fun, passionate, and exciting. I don’t do boring.

She huffs and walks away when I don’t say anything to her. I put my change in my pocket but left her number on the bar.
“I hope you didn’t take that because I am here,” Elsie says, “I am not interested in her.”
Right now, the only person I am interested in is Elsie. Though, I have a feeling Elsie is the relationship, making love kind. The opposite from me, the exact reason I should stay away. It wouldn’t work. Yet, I find myself curious. Yes, I know she is attracted to me, but I am sure she wouldn’t be if she knew the truth. Maybe I can go vanilla for one night. I will see how it goes.
“Why not? She is beautiful and knows what she wants,” Elsie shrugs.
I step in closer to her, rested one hand on her hip and brought her against me. She whimpers instantly and grips my suit jacket.
“Because the only one I am interested in is you,” I whisper.
Elsie’s breathing suddenly becomes heavier, and her hold on me tightens.
“We, we, should get back to the table.” She stutters.
I didn’t get a chance to say anything else. Elsie pulls away from me and rushes back to the table. I sigh, down my drink and follow her. I dislike people walking away from me.
I took the seat next to Elsie, and she didn’t even as much as look at me.
“You OK, bro? You look flustered,” Barry asks, “Yeah, fine, just a bit warm in here.” I simply reply.
He was about to speak, but our meals began to arrive.

The night is going well, mostly. Everyone is having fun, me not as much as everyone else. I had been trying my best not to let my frustration get to me. Why am I frustrated? Elsie has barely spoken a word to me or even looked at me since our time at the bar. I am annoyed with her. I am not too fond of being ignored. It isn’t like I have done anything wrong. I was honest with her since when is that a bad thing?
Elsie excuses herself from the table, bringing me out of my thoughts. She was going to the bathroom. I wait a minute and excuse myself, also. I went in the direction of where the toilets were. I didn’t need to go, but I wanted to get Elsie alone, even for a minute.
I stand against one of the walls, impatiently waiting. She came out but didn’t notice me. She goes to walk straight by, but I wasn’t going to allow that to happen. I reach for her and press her against the closest wall. I take my place in front of her, keeping a small gap between our bodies, and rest my hands on the wall at each side of her head.
“Kellan, what are you doing?”
“I want to know why you have been ignoring me, Elsie,”
I try to keep my voice calm as I speak to her.
“I wasn’t. And I didn’t see you trying to communicate with me either, Kellan,” she responds.
Elsie’s tone is firm when she speaks to me. My jaw clenches when she did. People don’t tend to talk to me like that. I close the space between our bodies.
“I think I made it clear what I wanted.”
I stroke the hair away from her eyes before resting my hand on her cheek. I hear her swallow hard and feel her press her thighs together.
“This isn’t going to happen,” she pants out.
The words coming from her lips were lies. But her eyes and body language told me the truth.
“Why are you fighting this, Elsie? I know you want me. I could give you the best night of your life,” I say confidently.
“Because I am not what you are looking for. I don’t do one-night stands! You can get any woman you want, so stop wasting your time on me, OK?” she sighs, “You are way out of my league.”
How does she know what I want? The way she is looking at me is like she truly believes every word that she is saying. She thinks she isn’t good enough for me. That couldn’t be further from the truth! If anything, she is too good for me. I would ruin her!
“Why would you say something like that?”
“Because it is the truth, Kellan. Guys like you, don’t go for women like me, even for a one-night stand.”
Before I could stop myself, I cup her face in my hand and cover her lips roughly with mine. The moment our lips connected, I felt my cock throb. Her lips tried to fight against mine to start with. After a moment, she gave up the fight and began moving her lips with mine.
I slip my fingers into her and grasp her hip roughly with my other hand. Elsie moans loudly and snakes her arms around my neck. Her tongue desperately slips into my mouth, seeking mine. I give her what she wants, and our tongues dance perfectly. I held her tightly to me, deepening the kiss.
My length is now standing to attention in my trousers. I am sure she can feel it press between her thighs. Her next move takes me by surprise. She rolls her hips against me, brushing against my cock. I groan loudly. I trap her body between me and the wall. She is as eager for me as I was for her.
Elsie abruptly pulls away, rests her hand on my chest and puts a distance between us.
“I am sorry, I can’t do this,” she breathes out.
She dips under my arm and rushes off, the same way she did at the bar.
“Fuck!” I hiss and punch the wall.
I am panting, my chest heaving and my pulse racing. My excitement is throbbing hard now. I had lust and annoyance soaring through me. I got myself together before I head back through. I look at the table and notice there was no Elsie or none of her things.
“Where did Elsie go?” “Home, she said she didn’t feel well,” Cassie answers.
“Great,” I hiss.
“Have we missed something?” Rosie questions, confused.
“It doesn’t matter,” I sigh.
She ran off. Fan-fucking-tastic! I will probably never see her again. It is maybe for the best, for her sake, anyway.
“Do you want me to give her a message?” Cassie asks.
“No, it is fine,” I shrug, “I think I am going to go, also,”
“What? Why? It is still early,” Barry says.
“I have a busy day tomorrow. I have a meeting with my new business partner,” I counter, “I will stop by tomorrow with your present.”
I told everyone goodbye before I head out. I am hoping I will catch up with her. But unfortunately, by the time I got outside, she was nowhere to be seen.
Fuck! I don’t think I like the idea of not seeing her again, even if that is what is best for everyone. I will find a way to see her again. But, for now, I wanted to go home.
I will come up with a plan, but the only thing I need to think about for the moment is my meeting tomorrow. I had just got into business with someone, a multi-million-dollar company at that. My attention needed to be on that. I couldn’t mess this up.
