Arabella ran as fast as she could, she couldn't understand how to escape with Milena following her with her disgusting appearance. Rowan was not with her and he was nowhere near her so she should be careful. She couldn't go home and all she knew was that her mother was not happy with the fact that she's pregnant with Rowan's child. Even though there was no good reason for that, her mother was simply angry.

After running, Arabella entered the forest. Then she looked back, but Milena was nowhere. Letting out a deep sigh, Arabella's wolf slowly laid on the grass ground wanting to take a rest. She ran so fast and now she was so tired. Because of the pregnancy, Arabella felt that her wolf was getting tired over a little run. While resting, she heard the sounds. With a growl, Arabella's wolf got up from the ground and scanned everywhere as if she wanted to hunt someone.


Suddenly, Arabella's wolf let out a growl seeing the creatures who were coming towards her. Arabella couldn't understand how! Rowan said that he and Lucien destroyed everything but how come these creatures are in their forest. Arabella's wolf took a few steps back and looked everywhere searching for a place that she could escape but to her disappointment, there were no places to escape as more than five creatures were surrounding her. But she couldn't see Milena's creature among them.

Arabella's wolf growled wanting to fear the creatures but she couldn't do it as the creatures moved closer to her dragging their disgusting bodies. She felt helpless, she wanted Rowan! She remembered the way Rowan killed large numbers of creatures when he was with her in the dark forest. Now she was scared, without him, she didn't know how to survive or how to fight against these creatures. But she couldn't be scared, she wanted to survive and she had a child in her belly to protect.

With that thought, Arabella wolf's fury straightened up. She growled angrily and slowly took a few steps back before pounding onto the creature who was so close to her. She remembered how Rowan's wolf attacked the creatures. He just simply pounded onto their necks and ripped the neck part. That was the easiest way to cry about these disgusting lives. With that thought, Arabella pierced her sharp teeth against the creature's neck ignoring how disgusting it was.


She successfully killed a creature. Her heart was covered with relief with the thought that she would kill all the creatures. When she was about to pounce onto another creature, she was grabbed by her wolf's legs and thrown against a tree. Arabella's wolf whimpered. She felt the pain against her back and she looked at her belly. She couldn't let the child lose his life. She cannot fight like this.

Moving her eyes, she looked at Milena who was looking at her. So Milena was the one who threw her at the tree. Arabella growled and got up from the ground. She couldn't escape from this place and she had to fight no matter what. Everything was because Milena, she was such a bitch to come after her man! Then Milena walked towards her, her disgusting body strong. Arabella saw her strength as she walked towards her.


Arabella's heart was pounding against her chest, she felt the fear and pain. She couldn't let anything happen to the child in her belly. She wanted to protect but she couldn't understand how to do this alone. Her mind was a mess and she felt that she would not be able to survive with this child without Rowan. Rowan was the everything, he was her strength she had but now he was gone.

"You should die, Arabella! The parasite should have killed you!"

Milena's voice came out of the creature she had turned into. Arabella's heart tightened. Parasite? How does Milena know that she had a parasite in her body? It's impossible, Rowan was the only one who knew about the parasite. Thinking about it, Arabella's heart turned cold. Rowan would never tell something like that to Milena and Rowan never talked to Milena.

She was an intelligent woman, she could understand what was going on. The parasite appeared in her body two years ago after Milena got together with Lucien. And then every time they had sex, the parasite in her body acted aggressively. Not only that, the parasite always reacted to these creatures. So… Milena was the one who put a parasite in her body? But how? Arabella thought.

Arabella's mind filled with anger, the hatred and fury controlled her. For two years! For two damn years, Milena was the one who had controlled everything. Just because of that parasite, she went through so much pain and finally thanks to Rowan, he killed the parasite. A growl escaped from Arabella and her wolf's eyes turned red with anger. She wanted to kill, she wanted nothing but to kill the damn woman in front of her.

When Arabella's wolf was about to attract Milena's creature, a huge and black wolf pounded onto Milena's creature and started to bite her furiously. Milena's creature screamed. Seeing the black wolf, Arabella knew that it was Lucien but she couldn't understand why he was attacking Milena. Seeing Lucien's wolf, Milena immediately turned into her human form.

"Lucien…. What are you doing? Arabella tried to kill me and I couldn't help it…."

Milena screamed as she cried. But yet, Lucien attacked her. After making Milena covered with blood from her injuries. Lucien's wolf attacked all the creatures as he killed everyone. Seeing him killing the creatures, Arabella sighed.

After killing the creatures, Lucien shifted back into his human form and grabbed Milena from her hair, making her scream. Arabella's wolf watched the way Milena screamed and she growled angrily. Milena really deserved this. She destroyed everything, Milena was the one who put Arabella in pain. She came from nowhere telling that she was Lucien's mate and Lucien dumbly believed her. And now, Milena was trying to get Rowan! And there was no way that Arabella would let that thing happen.

"What did I ask you Milena? You really crossed your line!" Lucien roared and slapped hard across Milena's face. Arabella's body shuddered seeing how dangerous Lucien was. He was hitting Milena now, once he loved Milena as if he had never seen a wolf as lovely as Milena. After everything, now Lucien was hurting Milena.

"You can't… hurt me!"

Milena screamed and she started to struggle. As she screamed, Lucien grabbed her and pulled her up before dragging her towards Arabella. Arabella stared at Lucien's anger and pain filled face. She didn't know why he looked painful but she didn't care, she had no feelings towards Lucien again and she had completely forgotten about the past that they used to spend time together.

"Speak! Tell her everything you did! I let you live until now because I wanted you to tell every fucking thing you did to me and her" Lucien roared and grabbed Milena's hair as he stared at her with fury. Seeing Lucien, Arabella's heart ached. This is her real mate and this is the man that the moon goddess had chosen for her but everything was useless with what happened between them.

"Why? I don't want to tell"

Another ruthless slap hit across Milena's face as she looked at Lucien and spoke. Milena looked so hurt but Arabella felt nothing, as a woman Arabella didn't like to see a woman getting hurt but seeing Milena, she felt nothing. Milena was not a human or a werewolf, she was such a disgusting bitch and a disgusting creature. She didn't know how the hell Milena managed to turn into a human form.

" You should fucking tell her what you did to me or I'll kill you here!"

Lucien's voice was filled with burning fury as he snarled. Arabella's heart was aching as she looked at him. She didn't want to know about the past, she didn't want to know about anything that happened to Lucien and what Milena did to her. He was not a kid, he hurt her ignoring how close they were to each other just because of Milena's fake presence.

"You're killing me anyway Lucien. Yes! I put a spell on you and made you believe that I'm your mate and I made you hate her but aren't you too stupid? You had to think about everything because she was your girlfriend! You're such a loser… and.." Milena couldn't finish her words, Lucien just simply killed her by twisting her neck.

Arabella's body shuddered. Milena's lifeless body fell on the ground but her eyes were snapped open and she was looking straight at Arabella. Watching Milena's dead face, her wolf moved away. Arabella didn't want to see these kinds of disgusting and cruel things because she was pregnant and she didn't want her child to know about these things even if he's in her belly.

Rowan left here because he wanted to give a better future to this child. A life without a war and without blood so Arabella should also help him with it.
