Arabella screamed with the pain of her head. She clutched her head with both hands and sat on the ground. There were no words to describe the pain in her head. Tears filled in her eyes and she bit her lower lip hard.


"Your head hurts?"

Hearing Rowan's voice, she slowly nodded her head. Then he immediately moved closer to her and hugged her as he slowly caressed her head. Suddenly, Arabella was shocked. The more Rowan touched her head, the more her pain faded. She immediately looked at him with a surprised gaze and grabbed his arm tightly.

"Rowan? What are you doing?" she asked him with horror.


Then he clenched his jaws and smiled at her forcefully as he caressed her face. Helping her to get up he wrapped his arm around her waist. Arabella didn't move her eyes away from him, he was strange and he got so many secrets. She felt him, her heartbeat increased for him unknowingly but she didn't have any idea about it. Suddenly, she felt a little pain from the back of her neck but she ignored it.

"Well, we walked for so long. I see, nothing is here. Why don't I take you back my lady?" he asked.


He was smiling at her as he spoke. Arabella was in a daze, she couldn't think anything properly. She did nothing but stared at the man who was smiling at her lovingly. She moved closer to him and placed her both hands against his muscular chest, biting her lower lip, standing on her toes, she moved her hands and wrapped around his neck before pressing her lips against his.

Rowan was shocked, his eyes widened because of the thing she just did. Suddenly, Arabella started to kiss him insanely. Rowan's heartbeat went crazy but he didn't kiss her back. He cursed under his breath as he guessed what had happened to her. He immediately placed his hand on the back of her neck.

Then he felt a little scratch there. He sighed and slowly pushed her away from him as he pulled himself from her. Looking at her eyes, he saw the lust in them. She was looking at his lips while licking hers.

"Arabella, you don't need this. Let me make you normal. You were just scratched by a lust demon. Let me" he explained.

His explanation was nothing in front of her, she grabbed him from his t-shirt and pushed him against the nearest tree, the tree was dangerously huge. As Rowan's back hit against the tree he groaned and looked at Arabella. He loved her and liked her, but that doesn't mean he would take advantage of her while she was out of her mind.

he uttered looking at her eyes, but she didn't even give a damn about his words. She just pressed her body against his and kissed his neck while traveling her hands on his body seductively.

Rowan was just unreservedly helpless, if it was another woman, he would just throw her away ignoring everything but it was Arabella, the woman he loved for whole damn years. Rowan's pupils trembled as he felt her sliding her hands into his pants. Terror took over him as he looked down at her, she was already kneeling in front of him. Taking a deep breath, he just clenched his jaws without letting his wolf take control and ravish her.

"FUCK! Arabella Fucking stop or I'm gonna throw you away" he snarled.

Then grabbed her from her arm and made her stand up, then he looked into her beautiful eyes and clenched his jaws not wanting to hurt her. She smiled at him seductively and grabbed the back of his neck before crashing her lips against his.

He felt pity for himself with the thought of she's raping him. He chuckled and obediently opened his mouth letting her kiss him as much as she wanted. Arabella kissed him for a while and stopped. Then she suddenly looked at Rowan and pushed him away. He thanked the moon goddess because she was finally done raping his lips.

"What? What did you do? Pervert. I trusted you" she slapped across his face and said with tears.

Rowan lowered his head and smiled, she was just so cute and lovely. He couldn't understand why Lucien left this lively woman for a corpse like woman who had no beauty in her. Maybe, she was beautiful for Lucien as Arabella was the most beautiful woman in his eyes.

"You were scratched by a lust demon." he replied as he got up from the ground and gave his hand for her to get up.

She looked up at him and lowered her head without giving her hand to him, biting her lips helplessly she looked up at him again. Then slowly gave her hand to him as he pulled her up.

"Rowan… I.."

She opened her mouth to speak but he stopped her and smiled at her gently. Even if it affected him there was no way that he would let her feel guilty.

Looking at Arabella's face, he felt that she was upset. He sighed and wrapped his arm around her as he pulled her to him and walked into the forest. The more they walked in, the more darkness suppressed their surroundings. He was somewhat scared because he didn't want anything to happen to her.

"Rowan… I.. think there's someone.. I feel it" she stopped and muttered.

"Rowan, we need to leave. There are so many of them. Not only one" she spoke in her trembling voice. Then Rowan nodded at her and took a deep breath. Then he slowly moved the branches of the bush and looked. Then his eyes widened seeing two creatures, he had never seen something like that.

Arabella whispered as she hugged him tightly. She was both guilty and terrified. If anything happens, it would be her fault because it was her who dragged him here. He didn't want to come but for her, he came with her.

"We can't leave now. We will just get killed if we move now" he whispered back.

"Are we going to stay here for the day?"

Hearing Arabella's questions he chuckled and shook his head. She was really something, she wanted to come here and now she wants to leave as soon as possible after seeing the creatures.

"I can't fight against more than three of them, so we need to stay here quietly and then run," he replied.

"I can fight!" Arabella stubbornly replied as she looked at him.

"But you're not fighting. Don't argue with me Bella!" He simply cut off her and focused on the creatures in front of them. Even if they couldn't see them, Rowan knew that they would soon attack them. So he wanted to protect Arabella no matter what happened to him. His heart was beating fast and he somewhat felt the fear. But the truth was that he was not scared, he was just scared because Arabella was there. So he had a responsibility and he had to protect her no matter what. So his heart was hammering against his chest with that thought.
