Letting go of Luana until he was back sitting upright on their big, soft bed, Rey quickly got down and took a step towards one of the nightstands.

It was obvious he was looking for something, but he seemed to have forgotten where he put what he was looking for.

Luana's brow furrowed as she watched what her husband was doing, because Rey's movements seemed so fast.

"Looking for what, Rey?"

Without turning his head, Rey answered. "Something, honey."

The man's hands were still moving to open and close drawers, but it seemed that what he was looking for was not there. Having stood upright to think for a moment, Rey now headed towards their large closet.

"Looking for what?" Luana asked again. "Ask me, maybe I know?"

It's true, it should be like that if the item Rey is looking for is an item that Luana knows the existence of.

Like a typical husband, Rey often forgot and Luana was the one who knew where things were in their room.

But for this one, Rey was sure Luana didn't know anything, because he almost forgot.

"Wait a minute," Rey muttered with his back being the object of Luana's gaze. "Well, here it is!"

Taking an object from the dresser drawer, Rey carried it on his back as he stepped back onto the bed.

"You might be surprised, Luana," he said mysteriously. "Since you told me about Heidelberg, I suddenly remembered it."

The man climbed onto the bed, folding his legs to sit cross-legged with his hands still hidden.

"What is it?" Of course Luana was curious. "What did you buy?"

Rey smiled widely, before slowly moving his hand and showing the object he had been looking for a few minutes ago.

"Tada!" Rey exclaimed happily. One of his hands was outstretched, with a rectangular object resting on it. "Now that's a refrigerator decoration!"

Luana spontaneously widened her bead, half in disbelief of what she saw tonight. Even her lips were parted.

Her bead moved slowly to look at a magnetic refrigerator decoration with the word 'Heidelberg' on it, which Luana had once pointed out as a souvenir of their city.

"You bought it?!" This time it was Luana who half exclaimed. "This is from Heidelberg?!"

Letting Luana take the fridge magnet, Rey nodded quickly.

"Of course I had to buy it, darling," the man replied. "You said this could take me back there, right? That's why I bought it."

Luana's fingers traced the fridge magnet with a bright smile.

"Gosh, I didn't expect you to actually buy it." The woman raised her head. "When exactly did you buy this?"

"Do you remember when I told you to walk first?"

"Hm mh. You told me to wait at the coffee shop?"

Rey snapped his fingers happily. "Well, right at that time, I bought it quickly from the seller."

Luana really laughed this time, because she really didn't expect Rey, who at that time was just a stranger to her, to listen to what she said.

"I was saving this in case you wanted to return to Heidelberg someday," Rey said after his wife's laughter subsided. "It had occurred to me that I would never step foot in that city again, if we ever really parted ways."

Luana looked at Rey intently, with the fridge magnet still in her hand.

"But it looks like I have a chance to go back there, because my wife grew up in that beautiful city."

The flutter of Luana's eyelids bewitched the nobleman, even though the woman did nothing. And this is when Rey realized that he loved Luana with all his heart and soul.

He adored her, he was ready to give anything for her.

"Heidelberg will welcome you back someday, Rey," Luana replied now. "Now I wish I could go back there too. If we go back together, then I'll show you where I grew up."

Rey smiled wider now, as his hand moved to touch the back of Luana's hand.

"How about a baby moon in Heidelberg, then?" he offered. "Do you want to?"

Like a flower waiting for the rain to come, Luana really couldn't ask for more than this. It was so refreshing, when you didn't even have to ask for something you wanted the most.

"Really?" Luana's beautiful irises widened. "Are you serious, Rey?"

Rey never played around with his words, and that was exactly what he was.

"I have to work harder this month," the man said. "So I can take a longer vacation without any problems at the company, and we can wait until you're safe enough to drive long distances, honey."

It was a very tempting offer, and Luana had no intention of shaking her head.

"Okay," she said with a bright smile.

The more seconds she spent with Rey, the more she knew being by his side was the right choice.

The man who was once a stranger to her had now turned into someone who would grant her everything, and Luana was grateful for that fact.

"Thank you, Rey." Placing the fridge magnet on the blanket, Luana cupped her husband's cheek. "Thank you for treating me so well that I even thought I was dreaming."

Rey cut the remaining distance between them by bringing his face closer, then gently licked Luana's lips that had been teasing faith.

Luana had closed her eyes tightly, enjoying how Rey gave her that intoxicatingly intimate embrace.

"You don't need to thank me, Luana," Rey whispered with their foreheads still pressed together. Both of their breathing was ragged, with almost no distance left.

The only thing Rey wanted to do was make his wife happy, as he had promised to build a harmonious family with Luana.

Only with that woman.

"I'm your husband," Rey whispered again. "And I will do whatever it takes to make you happy."

Right after that sentence finished airing, it was Luana's turn to move her face forward to taste the sweetness of her husband's lips again.

Letting Rey continue to dominate their every touch with small bites that caused a sense of demand, Luana did not realize that she was lying on the bed.

Her beady eyes opened for a moment to make sure Rey was on top of her now, with the man's firm hands that had wandered somewhere else.

Pulling back the covers, Rey was ready.
