Derrick's eyebrows shot up as he dug through T&T Group's financial records and found a trail of questionable transactions. As the numbers flashed before his eyes, a pattern of anomalies emerged that revealed Bobby's greed and poor management.

Frustration simmered beneath the surface as Derrick contemplated his next move. He knew that confronting Bobby would be a risky endeavor, but he couldn't stand idly by while his brother ran the family business into the ground with his reckless behavior.

Derrick gathered his courage and strode into Bobby's office, ready to take on his brother head-on. His jaw was set firmly.

"Bobby," Derrick began, his voice firm as he entered the room. "We need to talk."

Bobby looked up from his desk, his expression a mask of indifference as he regarded his brother with disdain. "What do you want, Derrick?" he sneered, his tone dripping with contempt.

Derrick squared his shoulders, refusing to be intimidated by Bobby's hostile demeanor. "I've been going over the company's financial records, and I've noticed some discrepancies," he said evenly. "There are large sums of money being transferred out of the company account with no clear explanation. Care to explain?"

Bobby's lips curled into a derisive smirk as he leaned back in his chair, unfazed by Derrick's accusations. "Ah, so you've finally decided to take an interest in the family business, have you?" he taunted, his voice laced with sarcasm.

Derrick's temper flared at Bobby's mocking tone, but he forced himself to remain calm. "This isn't a joke, Bobby," he said, his voice tight with frustration. "These transactions are suspicious, and I want to know what you're up to."

Bobby's smirk widened into a smug grin as he shrugged nonchalantly. "Oh, relax, Derrick," he said dismissively. "It's just a little creative accounting. Nothing to worry about."

Derrick's eyes narrowed at his brother's flippant response, his patience wearing thin. "Creative accounting?" he echoed incredulously. "That's a nice way of saying you're embezzling company funds."

Bobby's facade of indifference cracked slightly at Derrick's accusation, his eyes flashing with irritation. "Watch your tone, little brother," he warned, his voice dangerously low. "You don't want to make an enemy out of me."

Bobby's barely concealed threat infuriated Derrick, who balled his fists at his sides. "I don't fear you, Bobby," he shot back, his voice filled with disdain. "And I won't stand by while you destroy everything Dad worked so hard to build."

Bobby grew angry at Derrick's disrespect and narrowed his eyes. He then got up from his chair and loomed over his brother. He spit out, "You have no idea what you're talking about, Derrick," in an angry voice. "You're just jealous because I'm the one running the show now."

Derrick met Bobby's glare with steely resolve, refusing to back down in the face of his brother's aggression. "I'm not jealous, Bobby," he said firmly. "I'm concerned. And if you won't do the right thing and put an end to this madness, then I will."

Derrick took a deep breath, struggling to keep his emotions in check as he spoke. "I've had enough of your games, Bobby," he said, his voice shaking with suppressed rage. "You're destroying everything Dad worked so hard to build, and I won't stand by and watch it happen."

Bobby's lip curled into a sneer as he leaned back in his chair, unfazed by Derrick's anger. "And what exactly do you plan to do about it, little brother?" he taunted, his voice laced with arrogance.

Derrick's jaw clenched at Bobby's condescending tone, his temper flaring as he fought to keep his composure. "I'm going to expose you for the fraud you are," he said through gritted teeth. "I'm going to make sure everyone knows what you've been up to behind closed doors."

Bobby's eyes narrowed at Derrick's threat, a dangerous glint flickering in their depths. "Is that so?" he said softly, his voice deceptively calm. "And how do you plan to do that, exactly?"

Derrick's gaze hardened as he met Bobby's stare head-on. "I have evidence, Bobby," he said, his voice steely with determination. "I have proof of your embezzlement and your shady dealings. And I'm not afraid to use it."

Bobby's facade of nonchalance cracked slightly at Derrick's words, his eyes narrowing with suspicion. "You're bluffing," he said, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

Derrick shook his head, a grim smile playing at the corners of his lips. "I'm not bluffing, Bobby," he said, his voice low and menacing. "I have everything I need to bring you down. And believe me, I will."

The tension in the room escalated with each passing moment, the air thick with the promise of impending conflict. Derrick could feel the weight of Bobby's gaze bearing down on him, a silent challenge that dared him to make the first move.

And then, without warning, Bobby lunged across the desk, his fist connecting with Derrick's jaw with a sickening thud. Derrick stumbled backwards, caught off guard by his brother's sudden attack, but he quickly regained his footing and launched himself at Bobby with a roar of fury.

The two brothers grappled with each other, trading blows in a frenzied flurry of violence. Derrick's blood pounded in his ears as he fought to overpower his brother, his mind consumed with a single, burning desire: to bring Bobby to justice for his crimes.

But just as Derrick seemed to gain the upper hand, Bobby delivered a vicious blow to his ribs, sending him crashing to the ground with a cry of pain. As Derrick struggled to regain his breath, he felt a surge of anger and determination coursing through his veins.

He was not going to let Bobby win. He would not allow his brother to ruin all that their father had tirelessly built. Most all, he vowed to save Sarah from being mistreated by Bobby.

Derrick threw himself at Bobby again with a roar of defiance, throwing his fists into the air and using all of his power to fight. Derrick realized that the fight to recover his family's heritage had only begun as the two brothers engaged in a deadly struggle for dominance. But regardless of the consequences, he was committed to seeing it through to the end.

Following his intense fight with his brother Derrick, Bobby felt a strong mix of fear and rage racing through his head. He was aware that Derrick had discovered his dubious activities within the organization, putting his CEO position in jeopardy.

Bobby hurriedly called an emergency board meeting, intent to remove Derrick and their father, Newton, as stakeholders before they could expose him, desperate to preserve his newfound authority and quell any opposition.

There was a distinct tension in the air as Bobby entered the boardroom, his face a mask of steely purpose. Newton and Derrick sat across from him, their faces serious as they prepared for what lay next. Bobby didn't take long to go right to the point, his voice piercing the silence like a knife.

"I've called this meeting to address some concerns that have been raised about the company's leadership," Bobby announced, his tone cold and businesslike. "Effective immediately, both Mr Derrick and Mr Newton will be removed as stakeholders in the company."

Derrick's eyes narrowed at the announcement, his jaw clenched in frustration as he fought to contain his anger. "You can't do this, Bobby," he protested, his voice filled with barely concealed anger. "You're abusing your power as CEO."

But Bobby remained unmoved, his gaze icy as he regarded his brother with disdain. "I can and I will," he retorted, his voice dripping with malice. "You and Dad have no place in this company anymore. It's time for me to take full control."

Newton watched the exchange with a heavy heart, his hands clenched in his lap as he struggled to come to terms with his youngest son's betrayal. "Bobby, please," he pleaded, his voice tinged with desperation. "Think about what you're doing. We're family."

But Bobby's heart was hardened to his father's pleas, his gaze cold and unyielding as he met Newton's eyes. "Family means nothing to me," he declared, his voice devoid of emotion. "All that matters is power, and I'll do whatever it takes to get it."

Bobby ended the discussion with that, declaring his choice to be final and unchangeable. Bobby felt a tiny smirk of satisfaction as Derrick and Newton left the boardroom, their hearts heavy with defeat. Though he was confident that he had won this battle, he was unaware that his triumph would not last long.

Bobby had no idea that Derrick had already started his plan of action. Bobby would soon be brought to court and the truth about his corruption would be revealed by Derrick, with the assistance of a secret agent who was infiltrated into the organization. And the path was set for a confrontation that would shake the Duke empire to its very core as Derrick swore to regain what was rightfully his.
