Mia POV
Starting the process with the relics, I was filled with anticipation and uncertainty. Bryn's explanation left me with some understanding, but she also warned that she didn't know exactly how it would work. As I placed my hand on the first relic, a surge of energy coursed through me, as if it had been patiently waiting for my touch. It was overwhelming, like a torrent of vivid images flooding my mind.
But then, in the midst of the chaos, I felt Atlas's comforting presence. As he held me close, the jumble of images and a mysterious voice melded together, guiding me. It became clear that this power was not mine alone it belonged to Atlas as well. A memory flashed before me, a glimpse of a past where a women that looked like me stood alongside a man who resembled Atlas, accompanied by four majestic white wolves. It was a time of ancient origins.

The man was not a mere look-alike he was Atlas, and I was the woman by his side. I couldn't comprehend how this was possible, but the floodgates of memory opened, revealing a version of myself from the past. I was the fifth original white wolf, blessed with a unique and formidable power. The other four wolves were my loyal protectors, holding fragments of my power to shield me.
I was destined to safeguard our kind, bestowed with the ability to vanquish a foreseen evil. And I was blessed with a mate, Atlas, who possessed a strength beyond that of any lycan. His power didn't stem from the white wolf, but from the goddess herself. She recognized his pure heart and entrusted him with the task of uniting our divided species, putting an end to the senseless fighting.
It was then, in that moment, that I was instructed to accept all the relics at once. As I reached out, my blood mixed with Atlas, unlocking them in the correct way. The sensation of our intertwined souls surged through us, overwhelming yet exhilarating. We held each other tightly, feeling the power coursing through our very beings.
Atlas, ever faithful, stood with me, his hand finding mine as we were transported into a realm of truth. Memories flashed past us, like ethereal whispers, and the voices trapped within the relics spoke to us, bestowing upon us knowledge long forgotten. A gasp escaped Atlas when he witnessed the sight of us together, realizing that our love had blossomed long before the moon Goddess played her part in uniting soulmates. We were the original Fated love, destined for each other since time immemorial.
Now it all made sense. No wonder I was so infatuated with him. Our souls were bound in a way that transcended all boundaries. Lycans, Werewolves, Witches, Vampires, and Humans had never truly found harmony. Though there were fleeting moments of peace throughout history, ultimately, conflict prevailed. Lycans considered themselves superior, witches dabbled in dangerous magic for power, vampires were viewed as soulless creatures, and humans were deemed weak.
Yet, Atlas and I defied all odds. Our love story was one that many disapproved of, attempting to tear us apart. But we had formed a bond. We were a perfect match, vowing to protect each other no matter the cost. Together, we fought against the divisions among our kind.

Against the will of his family, Atlas marked me. The power of his mark was so intense that it transformed us both. My wolf became the first white wolf, its fur shimmering with golden highlights. Atlas's Lycan, in turn, bore silver streaks, symbolizing his immense power. We became the royal white wolf and silver Lycan, blessed by the moon Goddess herself.
In her wisdom, she also bestowed upon four loyal she-wolves a fraction of my gifted power. They were entrusted with the task of protecting both Atlas and me, and when the time came, transferring their power to me. The moon Goddess foresaw an impending evil, one that would bring about a cataclysmic change in the world.
Darkness swelled, engulfing the world as a formidable Warlock emerged. His sinister intent was to eradicate humans, their witch hunts fueling his rage. But his malevolence knew no bounds he had concocted a spell to segregate us all. Lycans, werewolves, vampires and witches would be banished to diffrent realms, dooming us all. His spell promised ultimate destruction.
By my side stood Atlas, and the four other white wolves united against this looming threat. Together, we fought valiantly, rallying the others in a desperate bid to vanquish him. And for a moment, it seemed we had succeeded. Yet, we soon discovered that his essence lingered, biding its time. The immortal witches, over time, would amass the power necessary to resurrect him.

We became the hunted, for we held the key to the warlock's return. The immortal witches coveted the gifts bestowed upon us, harnessing our power for their nefarious plans. In a merciless battle, I fell first, as they brandished weapons unknown to us. The four white wolves fought relentlessly, striving to save me. Atlas, pursued the immortal witches, sacrificing his own life to safeguard our world.
The four royal wolves, sworn protectors, were imbued with even more of our powers as we fell. Yet, instead of employing them, they foresaw a future where Atlas and I would be needed once more. Making the ultimate sacrifice, they relinquished their lives, storing their power within four sacred relics.
Witnessing this selfless act, the moon Goddess bestowed her favor. In her benevolence, she granted the final wish of the four royal wolves. She pledged that when the time was right, my soul and Atlas's soul would be reborn, bestowed with the same wolf and Lycan. But her generosity did not end there. From that day forward, wolves and Lycans would be blessed with the ability to sense their destined mate. Thus, when the hour came, Atlas and I would find each other once more.
Atlas and I were the creation of the original mate bond, our souls intertwined in a pure love. As the only ones with the power to save this world, the weight of our responsibility was immense. If my power or Atlas's power were to fall into the wrong hands, the consequences would be catastrophic for all.
Blessed by the four guardian white wolves, our ancient powers were restored. The surge of energy pulsed through us, revitalizing Atlas and me, returning us to our true forms. Atlas, already the strongest lycan, would undergo a transformation, becoming even more formidable. And I, as the strongest wolf, would embrace my newfound strength.
Our purpose was clear - we had to confront Thora, Alpha Artemis, and anyone else who sought to bring destruction upon our world. But the moon Goddess had one final gift for us. Within these relics, she bestowed the power to choose two loyal protectors, who would also be granted additional power from the relics.
Once our mission was complete, we would shatter the relics, creating two stones. These stones would be passed on to Bryn and Flint, the chosen ones who would become the new guardians. The weight of this knowledge settled upon us as the visions faded.
My body trembled, adjusting to the surge of power pulsating through me. I could sense Atlas's presence, his strength supporting me. He lifted me gently, carrying me back to the small bed, his touch comforting and calming. In the midst of our shared state of transformation, I opened my eyes, ready to face the challenges that lay ahead.
His body emitted a radiant glow, casting an golden light that danced across the room. As I gazed at my hand, it too began to emit a soft, shimmering glow. A tingling sensation enveloped my fingertips, sending sparks of electricity through my body. I took deep breaths, trying to steady myself amidst the overwhelming surge of emotions.
Atlas's lips met mine, and I could taste the faint moisture that lingered on them. His eyes reflected the intensity of our shared feelings. "Mia, I have loved you for an eternity," he whispered, his words barely audible against my skin. With each passing moment, our connection grew stronger.
His hand delicately traced a path down my body, teasing and tantalizing me. As his finger dipped inside, a surge of power rippled through me, intensifying the sensations. In one swift motion, he entered me, and we became completely intertwined, lost in the depths of our love.
The room transformed into a kaleidoscope of colors, as if we had summoned the Northern Lights themselves. Vibrant hues danced across every surface, illuminating our bodies entwined in passion. My entire being buzzed with an electric energy, as if every cell within me was alive and pulsating with power.
I locked eyes with Atlas, finding solace in the depths of his gaze. With each movement, our connection deepened, merging pleasure and power in a symphony of ecstasy. At times, I couldn't discern whether it was the surge of my own power or the overwhelming pleasure that made me feel weightless, as if I were floating. In that moment, I realized I had never experienced anything so extraordinary before.
Vibrations reverberated through the walls, matching the intensity of our connection. As Atlas filled me with his essence, a burst of colors erupted like a grand fireworks display, illuminating the room and our souls. A sense of wholeness washed over me, mirrored in the deep gaze of Atlas as he held me close. After a few moments of serenity, we rose and shattered the relics, transforming them into two precious stones. Silently, but with pure love in our eyes, we dressed and ascended the stairs.
To our surprise, Flint awaited us in the room, guarding the entrance to the hidden chamber. My cheeks flushed, aware that he had likely heard our passionate encounter. "You both seem different," Flint observed, scanning us both. "We are finally whole," I whispered, feeling the weight of the truth in my words. Atlas nodded in agreement. "We have much to discuss," he stated, and Flint nodded in understanding.
Flint expressed his astonishment, noting that the palace itself seemed on the verge of collapse from the surge of power unleashed by our union. The room had been transformed into a display of vibrant lights, a testament to the strength of our bond. I glanced at Atlas, realizing that even I had underestimated the extent of the power we possessed.
Just then, Bryn entered the room, her eyes filled with curiosity. "You both radiate power," she remarked, her voice tinged with awe. "I assume you have claimed all the relics." I nodded, acknowledging that the relics were never meant for me alone. They were meant for both Atlas and me, our most trusted allies, and now, our new guardians.
Together, we left the room, eager to share the truth and bestow upon our companions the gifts they truly deserved.
